In my reading andreview of “The Coincidence of Coconut Cake” by Amy E. ReichertI began to wonder of all the possibilities of the coconut. From reading this book and through my searching I discovered an extremely delicious and diverse fruit with uses to create both sweet and savory dishes along with a plethora of cocktails.
